Thomas Marshall, Jr. is an
independent fee appraiser, operating as Marshall Appraisals, Inc., providing
appraisal, review
appraisal, and appraisal counseling services. Mr. Marshall provides real
estate and business appraisal services throughout Florida and the Southeastern
United States.

industries. Specific interests include
complex valuation issues, valuation of major income properties, evaluation of
